TireScan Mobile

The TireScan Mobile (TSM) is used for mobile recording of all relevant tire data. Information such as manufacturer, product name, DOT number, tire size, speed and load index, and everything else can be digitally recorded quickly and easily. The integrated OCR recognition allows the operator to collect all this information with just one photo. This eliminates errors and saves time. In addition, photos of the vehicle rims can be used to document damage. All data is clearly assigned to the respective vehicle, so that a later retrieval of the data is possible at any time. The integrated connection to our measuring systems links the recorded data with the tread depths of the wheel/wheel set determined by laser profile measurement. Furthermore, it is possible to scan existing barcodes or QR codes so that data already in the system can be transferred directly to the TSMI app.
